We encourage all units to participate in church services and serve as greeters on Scout Sunday - February 5th.Special program folders are available in the Scout Shop to provide to the church for their Sunday bulletins.After your Scouts participate in Scout Sunday, please visit the Activities page to let us know that your Scouts demonstrated the “A Scout is Reverent”.
Edited to add: Some organizations chose a different day to observe Scout Sunday, such as the United Methodist Church, which honors scouts on the second Sunday in February. You might want to check with your chosen church in advance to be sure of the date.
I think it would be great if all the scouts attending church this week could wear their uniforms. They could show their congregations that a Scout finds value in God.

We’ll be attending Scout Sunday at our church on February 12th this year. We’re United Methodist, so Scout Sunday is observed on the second Sunday of February.
